Cancellation Policy & Booking Terms

To confirm a reservation, you have to pay 50% of the total amount in advance. The deposit is non-refundable if the reservation is later cancelled. The remaining 50%, the fare repayment will be made one month before the departure date.
In case of bad weather and if the local port authorities prohibit sailing, the reservation is automatically canceled and the money returned to the charterer.
If there is limited bad weather that does not pose any danger (eg cloudy) and there is no sailing prohibition by the local port authorities, the rental is still valid and no refund is provided.
Fuel is not included in the price but in the apa.
Pets are not allowed.
Arrival and departure time are flexible after consultation.
The apa includes the cost of fuel, berths and other extras (eg some specific requirement they would like to have on the boat, as well as wear and tear due to the customer).
The boat is provided exclusively with a captain and sailor.
The difference in expenses is refunded at the end of the fare.
